She had a phone call with us first and then a meet/greet with our fur babies. She really took note of what our dogs ate and how. She was so prompt and took to our dogs so well. Maya is great at communicating, and kept us up-to-date everyday, with fotos and a summary of what happened. Which helped to set my mind at easy, knowing that Maia was doing good in our absence. Maya also handled an unexpected situation at the house, which I highly appreciated. I am so happy that I have someone trustworthy to count on for future trips. I will definitely rebook her service again.”
