She is quick to communicate back to you, always let me know when she was at the apartment and leaving. And as a bonus - as long as the cats were social she made sure I got a lot of pictures. My 2 can be timid but she worked to develop a relationship which I so appreciate! I would recommend to all looking for someone reliable to care for your pets.”

He let us know that one of our cats wasn’t eating, and that one of our dogs was having trouble going to the bathroom, and he worked with us to figure it out. I was so thankful for the extra communication! He also took lots of pics and videos, which is always great. Definitely will book him again!”

The first day, the key didn’t work to our apartment for her. She was willing to come back a second time once our landlord unlocked the door so that the pets didn’t go without. They were kind and worked within my schedule. They met me early before I left town on vacation and help me understand how to cancel check-in visits when I unexpectedly came home a day early. I requested check-ins because I wasn't sure how Blue would handle being around unfamiliar people in an unfamiliar environment. However, Rachel and Dustin were so great I would recommend them for boarding and house sitting, as well. They will treat your furry friend like it is their own. You can be sure that your pet is in good hands with them.”

My cat, Nala, is incredibly shy and has hidden from every other Rover person I’ve used but Alli managed to bring her out of her shell by the end of the week and was even sending me pictures of Nala getting belly rubs! She kept me updated everyday and sent multiple pictures. I will absolutely be using her for future services!”

I was perfectly at ease knowing Grady was watching Tex. He sent me pictures, took him on long walks, and put up with all of Tex’s drama, all at short notice.
