“Lijuan was on time, reliable, and gentle with both of my pets. She seemed to really enjoy spending time with my dog on his walk and was accommodating and respectful of our routines and rules (no shoes in the house, wiping paws after walk, putting him back into the crate, and using treats to help guide him on the walk). She even made a little video with some of the cute photos she took of him. I felt reassured and feel like I can trust Lijuan. She was responsive to all of my messages and concerns.”

A mutual contact connected Sam & I, & she was able to help get Luna to her appointments throughout January. Sam & I arranged a meet & greet, & Luna was so excited to meet her & loved her immediately! Luna is a special needs dog at this time, so I had an extensive set of instructions about how to care for Luna. I appreciated Sam's help & communication so very much!! She made sure to follow the instructions perfectly & took great care of my fur baby, even going above & beyond (making sure Luna got enough time to go to the bathroom after returning home from her appointments). She sent me photos along the way, which I always appreciate about sitters but is GREATLY appreciated with Luna's current condition! I cannot recommend Sam enough to care for your fur baby!”
