“We have had Kelly pet-sit for us for about a year now as needed, and she is always so kind and professional, flexible, reads and adheres to all our instructions even as they change from visit to visit, leaves a detailed review of each check-in with pictures, and has become a fan favorite of our cat Rasputin. He loves her and we appreciate her more than I can express. Would highly recommend her.”

“Ever since he was young, Nicholas has had a love of animals. Growing up, he would ask for all kinds of pets such as a bird, hamster, cat, frog, ferret, fish aquarium, and of course a dog. He grew up being very attentive and loving to our pug, Buster, who is now 12 years old. He often spent time teaching him new tricks. As a college student, he spent his summers working for DogTopia as a canine coach and was then promoted to the rover position. Nicholas is a calm, easy-going person who is great with animals. He has a natural ability to interact with them and they feel comfortable around him. He is also a trustworthy, reliable, and personable individual who can interact well with clients.”

“Wonderful experience from start to finish! Katelin came over to meet my cat before my trip which was so nice and made me and Mr Peanut Butter feel comfortable and confident. Katelin did an excellent job of communicating and sending me updates. It’s difficult to leave my kitty home alone but getting regular updates was reassuring and allowed me to enjoy my time away. 10/10!!”

“I first encountered Ms. Harris 2 years ago when my husband and I were looking for someone to watch over our animals and property for 2 weeks while went on a second honeymoon. We had a hard time finding someone that i would feel comfortable about being alone in my home or trust to keep our plants, two old spoiled dogs and two cats safe and healthy. We are VERY particular about who we let into our home and how we take care of our cats and dogs; but after getting to know Ruby after a few chats and emails she put our minds at ease with her professionalism, experience, knowledge, and love of animals. While we were away: she walked and went hiking with our dogs, played with and cuddled our cats, and sent lots of photos of our animals having a good time. She communicated very well with us about incoming mail, visitors, and the animals She ensured that our old Weimaraner with ear and skin issues was properly medicated and the tips that she gave me on how to improve our old guy's skin have really helped him out since. She even bathed our stinky boys before we got back and took out the recycling! While we were still living in Reno, my husband and I used Ruby' s services many times after that. Early last year, my husband was in and out the hospital a lot and we called upon Ruby often to take our boys on walks, as well as feed and spend some time with the rest of them when we couldn't. She has called to check in on us and the dogs since and we feel blessed to have met someone as sweet as her. Ruby Harris has shown herself to be a very capable, trustworthy, driven, and empathic individual. 10/10 would hire again!”

“Caitlin has watched my 80 pound dog, Winston, multiple times. She is extremely gentle with him, while also meeting his exercise needs. She is always extremely prepared and enforces the training I have put in place for him as well as closely adhering to his daily schedule. Winston is always overjoyed to see Caitlin, and he loves to play with her own doggy as well! Caitlin's experience with her own pets, as well as really taking the time to really get to know Winston and his needs/personality, makes her an exceptional dog sitter!”
