It would have been fine if they let us know but they refuse to acknowledge the broken items now.”

“I highly recommend Andrea as an excellent, dependable pet and house sitter. She went above and beyond caring for our houseful of critters (3 dachshunds and 2 cats). One of our dogs is blind and is wary of new people at first, and Andrea wasn't afraid to ask questions about how to make him feel comfortable at the start of her 10-cay stay. Soon we were getting photos of him happily chilling out with her on the couch, as well as regular photo updates of all of our other critters. The day of our return home, Andrea kindly washed the linens and towels she used and sanitized surfaces before she left without us asking. And other than her kind note and gifts for our furry family, we nearly couldn't tell she was here. I'd hire Andrea again in a heartbeat.”

We were less anxious about leaving our dog for 9 days after seeing how happy he was in Sari's photos. Additionally, she was patient with our dog (who stops eating when there's a change in his routine) and was able to coax him into eating again. Sari took great care of our home, leaving it in perfect condition for our return, and we look forward to having her stay with our dog again in the future!”
